Master locksmith was for sure one of the best business that I have ever dealt with Alex the locksmith who I spoke to and was there within 45 minutes of my phone call he told me on the phone he would have my car up and running and that was absolutely 100% the truth the transformer key needed to be reprogrammed and new chip put in senior exactly what to do he was a professional and he delivered what he promised and for a reasonable price underpriced any competitor that I had looked into before calling him I would strongly recommend him for any locksmith or emergency locksmith services anybody may require and once again I would like to thank him for fixing my key problem within an hour from phone call to turning it on excellent work excellent professional strongly recommend ~ Marie W

I cannot recommend Alex at masterlocksmith24h enough! I lost my car key and fob two weeks ago and was incredibly stressed. After calling multiple companies that either quoted sky-high prices, told me I had to tow the car to them, or showed up and couldn't even do the job, Alex was a total lifesaver. He was professional, polite, and clearly an expert. He is a licensed Security Worker certified by BC Gov. He had a new key and fob created and programmed in just 20 minutes! He even went above and beyond by fixing an old non-functional fob I had and giving me a second one for free, plus a discount. If you’re in a tough spot and want someone honest who knows exactly what they’re doing, call Alex. He’s a true professional and a genuine 'stress remover'! ~ Mojtaba S

Alex from Master Locksmith replaced my ignition cylinder, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was flexible with scheduling, arrived way earlier than scheduled actually and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire job. Before getting started, he even showed me his locksmith licence, which gave me confidence that I was dealing with a legitimate and trustworthy professional. The work was completed efficiently, and everything is now working perfectly. He gave me a new key and a backup which I didn’t have to begin with, and to top it off the 2 year warranty was a bonus I didn’t expect! I highly recommend Alex and Master Locksmith if you need a reliable locksmith. ~ Garry S

I had a fantastic experience with Alex from Master Locksmith 24h. I needed a new key and fob programmed for my 2012 Mazda 5, and Alex made the entire process seamless. From the start, he was incredibly quick to reply and very easy to talk to. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency; he explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. He was punctual and very flexible with our meeting location, which I really appreciated. The turnaround for the programming was impressively fast, and Alex himself is just a genuinely friendly guy. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know. If you need a locksmith, look no further! P.S. Here’s a photo of my old ugly car key fob vs my new sturdy one. ~ Ellen Z

100% - the best service I’ve received in years. More like 200%. Alex is fantastic. Super friendly, very technically skilled, cares about the job and went above and beyond. Called for an emergency auto situation with my key broken off in the ignition. Showed up (across town) within 20-30 minutes. Work was done within the hour - back on the road, extra keys cut, all locks and even the steering wheel is working better than ever. Also very reasonable price! Exactly as quoted - nothing hidden. And again - he saw I needed a few minor things done to improve the situation and prevent it from happening again, and he just made those fixes just because. If you need something done fast, and more importantly WELL - this is the place. You also are supporting Independent business owner who is doing it right. ~ Jiv P

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service & True Professionalism🙏 I cannot thank Alex from Master Locksmith 24H enough! After working grueling 12-hour shifts all week, I lost my keys at work. I spent two frustrating hours searching for them to no avail. When I called the Honda dealership, they told me I'd have to tow my car there and quoted me over $500. Luckily, I found Alex on Google, and he completely saved the day. Knowing my incredibly busy schedule, he completely worked around it, making the entire process so convenient and effortless. Alex is exceptionally polite, professional, respectful, and down-to-earth. He immediately put me at ease, made zero judgments about my messy car, and was just so easy to talk to. If you are ever stranded, locked out, or misplace your keys, please save yourself the headache and reach out to him. Huge shout-out to Alex🙏🫡 ~ Riya R

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Master Lock. I misplaced my car key fob in the middle of a club night and was completely stuck. It was already 3 AM, and I was stressed out thinking I’d have to leave my car behind and risk it getting towed. To my surprise, he actually showed up at that hour, stayed calm, and reassured me the whole time that it could be taken care of. He worked patiently in the middle of the night, replaced my fob, and made sure everything was done right so I could drive my car home safely. The fact that he was willing to sacrifice his time and energy at such a late hour really shows how dedicated and professional he is. He didn’t just provide a service, he gave me peace of mind when I really needed it. If you’re ever in an emergency or just need reliable locksmith services, this is the guy to call. Truly a lifesaver. ~ Seyi O

I had a great experience with a 24-hour locksmith in Richmond, BC. I needed my car key fobs reprogrammed and they handled it quickly and professionally. Exceptional service from Alex, a friend of mine recommended his service as we lost the transponder chip in our only 1 key and right away he came to my address, fixed and programmed a set of keys and a new key fob for our 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Alex even helped me jumped my car with his business car as my battery voltage is getting too low and noted that it could ruin the car’s ECU if he tried to force programming the new keys! Very professional, legit and genuine transaction and very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend Alex’s service to everyone seeking locksmith service. ~ John G

Since my car was no longer running, he came to my home to help, which I greatly appreciated. The repair turned out to be very challenging, but Alex went above and beyond to get my car working again. Best frickin guy EVER! Alexander came to signature Mazda at 6:30pm and sat and helped me until 10:30pm to start my car when not even Mazda would help me. Mazda told me I had to wait over a week for a key and told me my car was in the back of if I had to sleep in it! But Alexander I totally recommend to anyone who is having a key problem! Very down to earth , normal stand up guy. Alexander could have said screw it and left me there but he didn’t and wouldn’t have. Two thumbs up Bud! Thank you again…✌🏻 ~ Meg L

Alex is an absolute professional and genuinely one of the best in the business. He’s helped me multiple times, he fixed my ignition in the past and just created a brand new key for my car today. Both times, his service was fast, efficient, and top-notch. He’s not only great at what he does, but he’s also a great person, friendly, honest, and truly dedicated to his work. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and skilled nowadays. I highly recommend Alex. It’s always a pleasure seeing and working with you. ~ Oscar O

Contacted Master Locksmith for some household door lock repairs and maintenance. Received a prompt reply from Alex over the phone and he arrived right on time as scheduled. Alex was super friendly, patient, and efficient that he finished repairing three of my door locks within an hour. He offered advice and suggested to fix only what was required so I was not overcharged for any unnecessary repairs. Alex did great work and I could not be more satisfied with his superior service. Thanks very much again Alex! ~ Ben S

My Dad called and spoke to Alex on the phone, He gave a reasonable quote to do the new car keys reprogramming and the keyring of my father's existing car key and fob to the new code. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, found him very accommodating and even took the time to show us all the steps he was doing, including showing dad and I step by step how he would reprogram it in the electronic settings as he worked. He was very personable and invited us to see how he worked and encouraged dad and I involvement, This happily surprised us, as Dad finds usually most technicians don't tend to like people hanging around them when they work. We found this very refreshing to see. The price was as quoted and it included a 1 year warranty on his work for the keys and fobs. He was also able to email the receipt to us. He also presented as very professional, even presenting his professional licence documents at the start without our having to ask another plus. Good work Alex! We would definitely recommend! ~ Tamara B

Something happened, until now I’m still in awe. I called master locksmith about my car key because I’m experiencing difficulties in opening my car. When I got to his location, he checked my key and we agreed on a price. He collected my key, went into my car, check the problem, went back into his car, came back and gave me a remote. That remote will help me access my car lock pad. Funny thing, he did it without collecting a dime. I feel so excited and happy. Thank you master locksmith. ~ x3 S
