Showed up (across town) within 20-30 minutes. Work was done within the hour - back on the road, extra keys cut, all locks and even the steering wheel is working better than ever.
Also very reasonable price! Exactly as quoted - nothing hidden. And again - he saw I needed a few minor things done to improve the situation and prevent it from happening again, and he just made those fixes just because.

Contacted Master Locksmith for some household door lock repairs and maintenance. Received a prompt reply from Alex over the phone and he arrived right on time as scheduled. My Dad called and spoke to Alex on the phone, He gave a reasonable quote to do the new car keys reprogramming and the keyring of my father's existing car key and fob to the new code. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, found him very accommodating and even took the time to show us all the steps he was doing, including showing dad and I step by step how he would reprogram it in the electronic settings as he worked. He was very personable and invited us to see how he worked and encouraged dad and I involvement, This happily surprised us, as Dad finds usually most technicians don't tend to like people hanging around them when they work. We found this very refreshing to see. The price was as quoted and it included a 1 year warranty on his work for the keys and fobs. He was also able to email the receipt to us. He also presented as very professional, even presenting his professional licence documents at the start without our having to ask another plus. Good work Alex! We would definitely recommend!

Alex was very knowledgeable, had great communication, and a very calming presence. I needed an extra key/fob for my car, and his price was much less than what the dealership quoted. Alex came to my location shortly after I called to ask about the service (same day). He explained the processes and showed me his workstation. I was able to choose the style of key I preferred, and he cut a physical copy and programmed the fob on the spot.

Alex came to rekey my motorcycle and wasn’t able to. So he disassembled the ignition and took it home to try again. It turns out he was unable to make a key for it so he ordered one and brought it back to my home and re-installed the ignition. Everything works just as it should. I called late on Sunday night and he was able to come to my car on Monday morning. Drive an older bmw and it was no problem! By far the most affordable I could find! Only $250 for a new fob and programming! Other places were quoting 700-800! Also only took about 5 minutes and he was done! Thank you again for your amazing service!

Great service! Needed a spare key made for our car. Alex responded super quick. Did a full key cut, program, and test in 20min. Price was as quoted. He offered a few aftermarket options for my key fob. Can’t say enough how quick n easy that was. Has a new shop underway and I believe offers mobile service too.
