100% - the best service I’ve received in years. More like 200%. Alex is fantastic. Super friendly, very technically skilled, cares about the job and went above and beyond. Called for an emergency auto situation with my key broken off in the ignition. Showed up (across town) within 20-30 minutes. Work was done within the hour - back on the road, extra keys cut, all locks and even the steering wheel is working better than ever. Also very reasonable price! Exactly as quoted - nothing hidden. And again - he saw I needed a few minor things done to improve the situation and prevent it from happening again, and he just made those fixes just because. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Master Lock. I misplaced my car key fob in the middle of a club night and was completely stuck. It was already 3 AM, and I was stressed out thinking I’d have to leave my car behind and risk it getting towed. Best frickin guy EVER! Alexander came to signature Mazda at 6:30pm and sat and helped me until 10:30pm to start my car when not even Mazda would help me. Mazda told me I had to wait over a week for a key and told me my car was in the back of if I had to sleep in it! But Alexander I totally recommend to anyone who is having a key problem! Contacted Master Locksmith for some household door lock repairs and maintenance. Received a prompt reply from Alex over the phone and he arrived right on time as scheduled. My Dad called and spoke to Alex on the phone, He gave a reasonable quote to do the new car keys reprogramming and the keyring of my father's existing car key and fob to the new code. He arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, found him very accommodating and even took the time to show us all the steps he was doing, including showing dad and I step by step how he would reprogram it in the electronic settings as he worked. He was very personable and invited us to see how he worked and encouraged dad and I involvement, This happily surprised us, as Dad finds usually most technicians don't tend to like people hanging around them when they work. We found this very refreshing to see. The price was as quoted and it included a 1 year warranty on his work for the keys and fobs. He was also able to email the receipt to us. He also presented as very professional, even presenting his professional licence documents at the start without our having to ask another plus. Good work Alex! Something happened, until now I’m still in awe. I called master locksmith about my car key because I’m experiencing difficulties in opening my car. When I got to his location, he checked my key and we agreed on a price. He collected my key, went into my car, check the problem, went back into his car, came back and gave me a remote.
